Altuoro Dyn redesign

This is a redesign of Dyn's Altuoro form. The old version can be found in my scraps. Now it is time for a "brief" description.

This is alternate form is one result of Dyn's form-changing ability. His shape becomes more avian and his body becomes covered with scintillating silver feathers. His wings are normally broad and taper to a point, but he can alter their shape when desired. Though they can't be seen well here, his crest has two long feathers of variable length. Passengers usually hold onto them.

It may not seem possible, but this form lets him hit and safely mantain an air speed of up to 33,480 feet per second. His method of achieving this speed is unknown, but it seems to be based more upon the abilities Dyn has in his "neutral" form. When flies his fastest with a passenger, he creates a sleek field before himself to shield his rider from resistance. He can stay airborne for years if desired. Seeing how Dyn is almost never on the ground in his "normal" form, this is no surprise.

The helmet Dyn wears in this form is a gift from one of four beings who taught and cared for him. Though he has a nictitating membrane, his headwear still has purpose. The helmet and goggles not only offer additional protection, but have extra functions (such as GREATLY increasing the distance he can see.) The helmet's prongs also improve his stablity a bit.

The bands he wears around his feet make it easier to hold on to things (passengers, products, etc.) Though he is not very mobile while standing, he has several kicking skills (though he attempts to avoid conflicts.) He can greatly increase the tougness of his wings and use them as ramparts. This can also be done in the air, but should be used strategically, since flight becomes quite difficult with wings of that weight. He can also slightly influence some weather changing factors (like air pressure) to create winds within a small area. This form is often used as a transport. Though it isn't seen here, he sometimes wears a saddle.
